Hello there all you TT284 folks. This line was edited in cPanel, aren't we clever?

I especially like doing backgrounds, if you have any suggestions for backgrounds that you would like me to add please e-mail me at karl@karlwilcox.com.

I would like to credit Mark Crilley and his book Mastering Manga for inspiration and teaching me so much. Most of the images here used Smith Micro's Manga Studio 5 for inking and colouring. I would also recommend the very friendly and helpful folk at the Google+ Manga Artists United to all manga drawing fans everywhere!

Backgrounds

Don't forget that you can use one background several times - for example place your characters against the whole background for an "establishing shot", then zoom into to section where the head is for a "close up". You may also be able to re-color some of the scenes (by adjusting the brightness and contrast perpahs) to show the same place at a different time of day.
